Top UK prospect, Alfie Davis, has been matched again at Phoenix, this time against “The Moroccan Sensation” Anas Siraj Mounir at the Dubai scheduled event in December.
Phoenix 4 for will take place at the Dubai World Trade Center and will be headlined by a welterweight bout between Mounir Lazzez and Christophe Van Dijck. In the co-main event, Moise Rimbon meets Pavel Doroftei for the Phoenix MMA inaugural light heavyweight championship.
This will be the first time we see Anas Siraj Mounir inside the cage since his last fight against Tarek Hamdi in January, 2016. He took on the former Desert Force champion at Desert Force 20 and submitted him in the second round. Alfie Davis is an opponent who will have Siraj Mounir’s hands full. Having previously fought and won at Cage Warriors, Bellator and Phoenix Fighting Championship, the Englishman is a raw talent that has been hyped as the next big thing out of the UK.
