Alex “Leko” Da Silva defeated Daniel Swain by TKO in the second round in a thrilling fight. It wasn’t a straight-forward win and Swain had his moments before the Brazilian took over and finished with some heavy ground-and-pound in the second.
Swain started the fight well, landing some excellent takedowns in the first yet when Silva defended his attacks from top position, the American looked gassed and started breathing heavily.
Swain even stunned Da Silva with a right hand and dropped the undefeated Brazilian, but he couldn’t finish him and it was Silva who finished the first round on top.
Round two was dominant for Da Silva, who repeatedly landed nasty leg kicks and beautiful combinations, finally dropping an exhausted Swain with a knee to the head and finishing him with some brutal elbows from above.
