UAE, Abu Dhabi – This fight went with Mohammad Triki dominating Saba earning a decisive decision win over Saba. The fighters are, to some extent, identical in their technique arsenal, both have reach and both are good strikers.
This encounter had a lot for the Academia graduates Mohammad Triki and Silvester Saba with the winner very possibly being next in line for a title shot.
This bout was the second fight of Desert Force 13 which took place at the FGB Arena in Abu Dhabi. The fight was part of the Prelims and will be featured on MBC action.
Triki did spend a good amount of time on the bottom in the first round, but he delivered some brutal punishment of his back.
Two further rounds of wild combos, knee stompers, big elbows, and takedowns! Both these guys brought it, but Triki emerged on top, delivering much more effective damage to Saba and earning a unanimous decision victory which puts him right in the middle of the spotlight at 70 KG lightweight division. Interestingly enough, all of Sylvester’s fights have gone to decision!
Tareq Hamdi should be next in line for Triki after three impressive wins at Desert Force.
