Brave Combat Federation fight fans have many mouth-watering match-ups to look forward to this month! Earlier today, we learned that elite welterweight contender Mohammad Fakhreddine will be returning to the cage at Brave 6 on April 29.
Mohammad Fakhreddine (9-1) made his Brave Combat Federation debut this March. When the promotion landed in UAE, Fakhreddine scored a head-turning TKO over Brazilian Marcus Vinicus. He is currently on 5 fight winning streak and will be looking towards his sixth successive win when he meets Leonardo Mafra Texeira.
If you have watched any of Fakhreddine’s fights, you would have surely noticed that this man fuses distancing, timing, precision, dexterity, free flow and scintillating hand power to turn the most confident strikers into defensive shells. He is in a league of his own when it comes to stand-up fluidity.
His opponent, Leonardo “Macarrao” Mafra Texeira who hails from Brazil is a straight-up killer inside of the cage to say the least. The Brazilian boasts a professional record of 13 wins and 4 losses, 8 of which by way of knockout. Before his Ulitmate Fighting Championship debut, Leonardo Mafra appeared on the first season of “The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil.
Fakhreddine versus Mafra could very well be one of the strongest fights Brave matchmakers have ever booked. Will Mafra stomach the pressure, persistence and parrying of “The Latest”? April 29th will let us know.
