Top Brazilian MMA fighters added to Brave CF roster

Brave Combat Federation has increased its Brazilian contingent with the signing of two standouts from the famed CM System Academy. Featherweight Gabriel “Fly” Miranda and Welterweight Geraldo “Luan Santana” Neto are the latest athletes to sign with Brave. The signings were first reported by MMA Brasil.

Ground specialist Miranda comes in to shake up the Featherweight division, which recently also received the addition of world-class wrestler Bubba Jenkins. The Brazilian is 12-14 in his MMA career with an impressive 11 of those victories coming by way of submission. “Fly” is also riding a four-fight winning streak and hopes to cash in on a title shot for Brave sooner rather than later.

“I’m very grateful to be involved with such a high-level and global MMA promotion. I want to go for that belt, I think me and my teammates can take all Brave belts available. Brave is now my home and I want to make a name for myself here, I want to be in the Brave Hall of Fame in the future”, said Gabriel.

Meanwhile, Neto adds to an already stacked Welterweight division. His MMA record also mirrors his eagerness to finish fights, as all of his 11 wins (against three defeats) have been finishes: six submissions and five knockouts. For him, fighting for Brave is truly a dream come true.

“This is where I want to build my career. I want to grow with Brave. We’ve got great guys from our gym and our master Cristiano Marcello here, and they all speak wonders of Brave. This is a dream come true for me. This only motivates me to be the best version of myself every time I go out there”.

The CM System contingent has grown after initially counting with former interim Lightweight title contender Luan “Miau” Santiago. Founder and head coach of the fight team Cristiano Marcello recently signed a contract with Brave and now two of his star pupils have followed suit.

“Big things are coming for our gym this year and the next. We want to be the best and I truly believe we can fight for three belts soon”, added Geraldo.
