Was Elsawi bloated by humidity, or has he caught a last minute KFC Family Feast before the fight? Whatever the reason, he seemed to outsize Abou Hamdan on in the cage. That’s what our reporter mentioned after he saw Elsawi arrive to the hotel! Yet this issue was left there, and Elsawi fought and won and everyone moved on. Little did we know about the official weight of Elsawi as he had issues at the airport and failed to arrive on time. Let’s fast forward to 9/9/2014, 2 weeks after Desert Force successfully closed doors on its 13th installment crowing a new middleweight Champion that night. Abdallah Abou Hamdan who fought for the title seems to be more upset about something ethical that he thinks should not have happend. Check out what he posted on facebook last night.
Should that be true, Desert Force fans will surely be looking for explanations concerning this issue. Abdallah agreed to take the fight and took the loss like a man, but do we have a light heavyweight fighter running around with Desert Force middleweight title?
ArabsMMA will investigate more and find out Elsawi and Desert Force official views on that matter. Stay tuned!
As a news website I wouldnt expect you to have favourits…. YOu cant be professional and accuse Sawi of having a KFC meal (wtf?!) when you only hear Abou Hamdans story. Shouldnt you speak with Sawi? Maybe DF before making a judegement? Or is it because he is a lebanese ?
Come on…. get your shit together here and act like “journalists” for once
Obviously this is not official news sir , so its the writers right to take any side of the story. We have multiple staff writers and each of them tackles a story from the side he wants.
Stay safe and Thank you for your comment 🙂
Then this shoulddnt be write as if its news and official. Come on people, this lebanees bias is insane
