With the growing knowledge and love for mixed martial arts, fighters and athletes are finding it essential to train in Brazilian jujitsu, which is creating a huge wave and a new kind of fanaticism for the sport of BJJ. The center is run by BJJ black belt and local mixed martial arts pioneer, Reza Mondaredi, who hopes to share his passion for the sport with the Bahraini locals, expand the sport’s fan base there and create a regular BJJ tournament, open for everyone, with the aim of helping develop the grappling talent for both BJJ practitioners and mixed martial arts competition aspirers.
