The Lebanese MMA Federation held its first Referee Seminar at the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation on 18.05.2013 in the presence of representatives from most Lebanese combat clubs. Dr. Ali Hamadeh organized this session and introduced the unified MMA rules to the public , along with a live presentation of some of the illegal moves and acts.
Mr. Fadi Al Halabi, president of the Association for Asep held a first aid session targeting some of the cases that a referee might encounter in a fight.
Overcoming all the instabilities in the country, this federation seems to be on the right track, fixing the base to build-up a long lasting MMA scene in Lebanon.
