Tarec Saffiedine born in 1986 to a Lebanese father and Belgian mother grew up in Brussels.
Tarec began his career in the world of Martial Arts at the tender age of 16. He kicked off his journey with Karate, the art originating from the Japanese Ryukyu Islands, eventually becoming a black belt in Shihaishinkai.
With a promising future ahead, Saffiedine mastered the arts of kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai, and wrestling, before deciding to move to the United States in order to expand his plans.
2007 marked a bright spot on our young fighter’s agenda when he became a professional MMA wrestler, by beating his opponent at the time, Guillaume Janvier.
As if that milestone wasn’t impressive enough, he competed against Rich Bondoc in Ultimate Cage Wars 12; throw an arm bar in that ring and you’ve got yourself a winning player. His string of continuous wins certainly didn’t stop there. After defeating Bondoc, he went on to win two other fights in the United States.
