Last June, Team Shogun’s most established and experienced fighter Mohammad Ghorabi ventured into opening a brand new gym, The Academy, located in his city of origin in Lebanon. Since then, Saida’s golden boy has been keeping himself busy organizing martial arts events that clearly helped spread the sport in the region, leastways at the amateur level.
Saida Martial Arts Festival, organized by “The Academy” and sponsored by Nahed group takes place Thursday May 28 at 8pm in Saida’s Street Ball playgrounds. The event will involve all three Kyokushin Karate, Muay Thai, and Mixed Martial Arts contests.

The Saida Martial Arts event, organized by The Academy, aims to shed light on Lebanon’s amateur talent. The event will allow up and coming fighters from all over Lebanon to showcase their skills in the top three fighting styles in the region, Kyokushin Karate, Muay Thai, and Mixed Martial Arts.
