Brave Combat Federation has recently added a top ranked Arab bantamweight contender and champion amongst its ranks. Fighting out of Tristar Gym Lebanon, Georges Bardawil (6-1-0) is the most recent Arab fighter to have signed on the dotted line with Brave Combat Federation and is set to face Carlos ‘CARLIN’ Soares (8-1) at Brave 11 in Brazil.
Bardawil is the current CFC bantamweight champion and EFC featherweight champion. He comes into this fight with a reputation to finish fights and entertain the fans while at it. He finished all 6 fights he won. It will be interesting to see this Arab prospect compete in a promotion that is as powerful as Brave CF, against some of the highest level opponents presently active worldwide in mixed martial arts.
Soares, also a finisher, comes into this fight riding a 3 win streak. A submission artist that always goes for the finish, he will have the fans on his side when he takes on Lebanon’s Bardawil in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
Both fighters will look to put on their best performance as they debut under Brave CF. A win could mean a direct elevator ride to the top 10 bantamweight ranking. The division is currently reigned by Stephen Loman and an army of fighters are eyeing that title.
Brave 11 will be headlined by an interim lightweight title fight pitting Lucas Mineiro vs. Luan Santiago. Also on the card is fellow Arab fighter Ahmed Amir from Egypt, taking on Cleiton “PREDADOR” in a lightweight bout.
The complete and official Brave 11 fight-card will be released soon.
