With the upcoming boxing super fight between the UFC lightweight champion Conor Mcgregor vs. undefeated boxing legend Floyd Mayweather just a few weeks ahead, things are starting to get a little crazier than normal.

Upon recent news regarding the departure of former champion boxer Paulie Malignaggi from the Mcgregor camp regarding some complication that the two had faced while sparring, rising prospect Vasyl Lomachenko seems to be interested as a late replacement to help prepare Mcgregor for his big upcoming money fight.

The 29 year old WBO junior lightweight champion (130 lbs) who holds 2 Olympic gold medals, a reported amateur background of 396-1 (avenging his only loss twice) and a professional record of 9-1 with 7 victories by way of knock out, shared a message on his twitter account offering Mcgregor the opportunity to spar with him and help him train:

Commenting on his tweets, Lomachenko confessed that he is actually a fan of Mcgregor and does not mind showing him a few boxing skills here and there in their “sparring” session, though it is highly unlikely that these pair will team up.

With the fight between “The Notorious” Conor Mcgregor vs Floyd “Money” Mayweather coming up soon enough on August 26, there is bound to be much more news that’s going to involve these two.
