Another fight on the “Brave 10: The Kingdom Rises” has just been officially announced!
Jordan’s product Abdul Kareem Al-Selwady is set to face Charlie Leary in Amman at Brave 10: The Kingdom Rises.
The local favorite, Al Selwady, currently holds a professional record of 8-1-0, with his last 3 victories being under the Brave CF banner. Undefeated yet at Brave, Al-Selwady walks into this fight with a 4 win streak, and will face a strong adversary in Jordan in front of his friends, family and fans.
His opponent, Charlie Leary, is a veteran from England who has been victorious fourteen times out of his twenty two professional fights. Charlie wasn’t successful in his first Brave appearance against Ottman Azaitar at Brave 4, yet, he bounced back with a strong win when he knocked out Daniele Scatizzi at Brave 9: The Kingdom of Champions.
When Leary demanded a rematch against Ottman Azaitar eyeing lightweight belt, Al-Selwady made sure he passes through him first and challenged him for a bout.
Currently training at Fortis MMA, Abdul Kareem Al-Selwady is rightfully known for delivering on his promises. At Brave 9, the Jordanian bloodied da Silva after vowing to finish him.
“Al Selwady Vs. Leary” will mark the first time a Jordanian fighter challenges a multi-title winning British fighter on Jordanian soil. Abdul-Kareem commands a vast fan following in Jordan due to his achievements inside and outside the cage. Recently Abdul Kareem was featured in international news for his involvement in anti-bullying campaigns and for being vocal about restoring peace in Palestine.
Brave 10: The kingdom Rises takes place on March 2nd, 2017, at the Prince Hamzah Sports Hall in Amman, Jordan.
