Brave Combat Federation has concluded the final phase of open workouts preluding Brave 10: The Kingdom Rises, in Amman-Jordan. The open workouts were held at the Meedan MMA gym. Elias Boudegzdame, Felipe Efrain and Abdul Kareem Al Selwady showcased their skills before the public and interacted to questions from fans and media. The open workouts were remodeled to create awareness and impact among the youth while communicating key aspects of the sport as well as emphasizing the need for a healthy lifestyle among the youth.
The local fan favorite, Abdul Kareem Al Selwady invited children to pose for face off photographs as well as distributed goodies and merchandise for the audience. Felipe Efrain, the first and only Brazilian signed by Brave Combat Federation to compete in Jordan also interacted with his fans and posed for photographs. The first ever champion of Brave Combat Federation, Elias Boudegzdame received a warm welcome from the Jordanian fans. He was present for the open workouts alongside his coach and brother, Amine Boudegzdame. Elias who is currently training at La Bonne Ecole in France will face Jakub Kowalewicz from Poland for the championship title defense at the main event of the fight card. The main event will take on 2nd March, 2018 at the Al Hussein Youth City.
The public weigh-ins will take place at the Royal Hall at the Landmark Hotel on 1st March at 8:30 PM. The card features high stake bouts as well as intense rivalries which are anticipated to create tense moments during the weigh-ins. With the fight week gaining momentum, the revival of mixed martial arts in Jordan has exceeded the expectations and is set for the high voltage showdown on March 2nd.
