The French promotion The King Of Fighters (KOF) returned with its third event, which occurred yesterday at Palais des Sports in Marseille, France.
Cancelled fights
The previously announced clash between Haidy Ahmed and Mafalda Carmona was canceled. The same goes for Badr Medkouri vs. John Winter. However, the Moroccan fighter found a replacement in Thomas Narmo.
Yassine Alaya vs. Aldjouma Sy
The opening fight reached the final belt with judges awarding victory to the Tunisian fighter.

Mazri Ammar vs. Amine Zerhouni
This fight also lasted the entire 15 minutes of action with the Frenchman taking the win.
Badr Medkouri vs. Thomas Narmo
The Moroccan made quick work of his opponent. Medkour sent Narmo to the ground with a low kick and then followed it with a barrage of punches. This was enough for a referee to call an end to the fight.

Sami Yahia vs. Meiji Portela
The Algerian fighter was able to finish the opponent during the third outing. He pushed him back to the cage with a series of punches and finished him with some more additional pounding.

The King Of Fighters 3 main event: Ylies Djiroun vs. Jason Ponet
The lightweight affair between Dijroun and Ponet closed the night with full three rounds. Dijroun was able to get the fight to the ground and dish out some punsihmant, but it was to late to get the fight finish. Afterward, the Algerian was declared the winner.
