Desert Force young newcomer Sallah Dekhissi (2-2) joins the growing lists of Desert Force competitors who are aiming to add wins/title belts to their mantle.
Born and raised in France, Moroccan Sallah will be possibly facing Iraqi Aws Sabah (1-0) at 84Kg when Desert Force Hits KSA this December.
Salah Dekhissi on Aws Sabah:
My next opponent is Iraq, with a record of 1-0. The fight video that I found shows that he is a fairly comprehensive and aggressive fighter, so I’m taking this fight very seriously. I am preparing very hard for the fight.
Salah currently trains at the Nanterre Club Université (NCU) and Tenchibudokan (TCB) in the Parisian suburbs with his coaches Pierre Serrano and David-Pierre-Louis. The 21 year old, eager and ambitious, started training combat sports at the tender age of 16 earning a black belt in Judo. At 18, Sallah started training Jiu Jitsu (currently a blue belt) before moving into mixed martial arts.
Coming of a Jiu Jitsu background and with both of his wins coming by way of submission (armbar), Salah is a force to be reckoned with on the ground.
MMA fans should be interested in the debuting combatant who has the opportunity to add some excitement to the still-growing 84Kg division!
