Tyree Fortune won a unanimous decision over Ben Forsyth in a fight dominated by his sheer size and supreme wrestling.
He smothered Forsyth in a very one-sided contest, opting for the wining formula, punch, punch, push against the cage and take-down. This worked very well for Fortune, who was able to control Forsyth for the majority of the contest without doing any serious damage. He almost managed a Kimura in the second round and also attempted a guillotine, but was unable to finish the durable Irish man from SBG Ireland.
Tyree Fortune remains a major prospect in the sport due to his wrestling credentials whilst Forsyth is young in his career and can take heart from his performance, he never gave up and managed a takedown of his own n the third.
Fortune improves his record to 2-0 while Forsyth notes the first loss on his record.
