For the first time ever, Brave Combat Federation will go to Mumbai, India for an event as Brave 5 ‘ Go For Glory lands at the The Dome Stadium of The National Sports Club of India, on April 23. Headlining the fight night is a welterweight match up between UK’s Carl ” Bomber ” Booth and promotional new comer French/Algerian Tahar ” Fast Hands ” Hadbi.
Main event fighter Carl Booth (7-1) will be one of the most lethal and precise strikers ever to step into an MMA cage on Indian soil. The one man wrecking crew, made his Brave Combat Federation debut in a eye-catching fashion when he KO’d Gadzhimusa Gaziev at Brave 2: Dynasty. Gaziev was a heavy favorite to win this fight, but the ” Bomber ” had different plans that changed the mapping of the Brave welterweight division. Booth also holds a 31 second KO in his professional debut which is worth featuring in this article. The reason is that his right hand stapled the face of non other than Jarrah Al Selawi, a current Brave Combat Federation contender who is proving his ground!
In the opposite corner this time is a man they call ” 1,2 ” AKA ” Fast Hands “. Booth will face the iron wall, Tahar Hadbi (13-6) in the most unpredictable bout India will ever witness. Hadbi has won 8 out of his last 9 bouts with 2 remarkable KO’s which you can see below.
It’s a cliche used in MMA to describe a fight and mention that it wont get passed the first round. But i would like to leave this speculation for you after you watch 2 fights for each Booth and Hadbi landing that fight ending, jaw breaking right hand.
This fight is top notch and is accompanied by a co-main event tailored for Indian fans only! Check out the full card so far on this LINK.
