Brave 5 Hits India; Booth Vs Hadbi, Mangat Vs Muneer Headline

Brave Combat Federation have a unique card planned for Mumbai, India. A hard hitting welterweight match between Carl Booth and Tahar Hadbi will headline “Brave 5: Go For Glory” event set for The Dome Stadium of National Sports Club of India. The promotion announced through its promo trailer.

The Brave 5 event will take place April 22 in Mumbai, marking the promotion’s 5th edition. After Bahrain, Brazil, and Abu Dhabi, Brave CF will land in India with what looks to be a fight card packed with India and International talents.

Carl Booth (7-1) signed with Brave CF last year and made a remarkable promotional debut at Brave 2 “Dynasty“. He faced the hard hitting Gaziev, and hit him so hard knocking him out in the second round. With that win, Booth now rides a 6 fight win streak, with 5 of them via finishes. The “Bomber“ will welcome Tahar Hadbi to the Brave welterweight division.

Tahar Hadbi (13-6) will be making his debut with Brave Combat Federation this April. The French/Algerian fighter is one of the best in europe having won 8 out his last 9 bouts since 2012. Hadbi brings a ton of experience and fire power, as similar to Booth, can put his opponents lights out, with one punch. Hadbi’s name might sound familiar as he fought and impressed twice in front of the Arab crowds, the first time at Cage Warriors in Jordan, and the second at Abu Dhabi Warriors in the UAE.

The Brave 5 co-main event will feature India’s fighter of the year, Abdul Muneer vs. arguably the best MMA fighter to ever represent India on an international platform, Gurdarshan Mangat.

“Saint Lion” Mangat (9-1) finished Troy Bantiag at Brave 2 “Dynasty“ showing exceptional skills and a bright future with the promotion. Muneer, voted Indian “Fighter of the Year” will be looking to redeem his loss at Brave 1 with a win in India.

India is in for it’s biggest mixed martial arts showdown ever come April 22. Before that, the promotion has another historic layover in Abu Dhabi for Brave 4 on the 31st of March. Brave 4: Unstoppable will be headlined by Brave Combat Federation’s first championship title fight between Algerian Elias Boudegzdame and Mexico’s Masio Fullen.

Stay tuned to as more is unveiled on the Brave 5 card in India.
