CAGE FIGHTERS mixed martial arts (MMA) and K1 event is in the books as (May 3, 2013) the organization hosted its first event at Crown Plaza, Kuwait, with Mohamed “Felx” Ali competing in the main MMA event and Kickboxing veteran Lorand Sachs in the K1 Main event.
MMA Main event started with Mohamed ”Ali” Felx trading punches and strikes with the Englishman with occasional take down attempts from Thomas , both on the same pace until Harrison got rocked with a vicious right.Second round started and another big punch landed from Felx , Harrison quickly goes for a takedown. Struggling to take control , Thomas loses position and Mohamed delivers a number of killer punches from top until the Referee stops the fight half way through the second round.
K1 Main event , Lorand Sachs the german kickboxer started the first round fighting from inside as Abdullah Habib was fighting from a distance.Sachs managed to land a hard knee to the ribs followed by a right hook to the same spot.The second round started and Abdullah was not recovered from those body strikes , Lorand went in for the kill as Habib was covering his body and landed a vicious right hook to the Temple rocking Abdullah. Habib couldn’t make the 10 second standing count and Lorand is victorious.
