European Beatdown 3 took place yesterday night ( March 17, 2018) in Belgium with 3 title fights on the line. Featured in the event is a welterweight title bout between Georges Eid (8-2) and Abdoul Abdouraguimov (6-1). Despite a dominant performance from Abdouraguimov throughout the first round, the latter landed multiple illegal strikes to the back of Eid’s head. The elbows landed clearly in the wrong place and the referee stepped in to stop the bout declaring Eid as the winner via Disqualification.

Eid is now the new European Beatdown welterweight champion. Congratulations for the win and the title.
