The American fighter started his mixed martial arts career on the amateur circuit. There he stacked up an impressive 13-fight winning streak and became the IMMAF champion. With such impressive amateur credentials, he made his professional debut in Titan FC promotion. There he continued his winning wins and was riding an eight-fight winning streak. The final, eighth victory was his promotional debut in the UFC. However, it was put to an end by Alex Perez at UFC 227. Torres suffered his only defeat to date when he found himself on the receiving end of Perez’s strikes. Since then he bounced back by winning his next two fights in BRAVE CF.
‘The Palestinian Samurai’ also started his MMA career as an amateur but has only a 2 – 1 record. Izzeddine Al Derbani lost his first professional bout, but after that, he stacked up an eight-fight winning streak of his own. However, the eighth victory was secured in a Muay Thai match. Next, he was beaten by Ashleigh Grimshaw at Phoenix FC 3. The Palestinian fighter bounced back and won his next two bouts. Unfortunately for him, he lost his UAE Warriors debut to Rolando Dy. Since then the Middle East MMA scene veteran won the next five consecutive fights and now the time has come for him to make his BRACE CF debut.

The American Top Team member has a 10 – 1 -1 record. As an amateur, he was awarded victory by judges on eight different occasions and submitted four of his opponents. At that level of competition, he scored only a single TKO win. When it comes to the professional circuit he has TKO and decision victories, four each, and two submission wins.
Most of Al Derbani’s wins, six to be exact, were awarded to him by the judges. He also has TKO and submission victories, three each. He managed to stop his opposition in the very first outing, being it will either submission or strikes.
As far as this matchup goes it wouldn’t be a surprise if it went the entire distance with two fighters canceling other’s advantages.
