I know there are a lot people out there fasting during Ramadan but still trying to keep fit. I have gone with 5 days of training per week, 1-2 hours per session. 3 of those sessions are BJJ training (2hours), 1 is a MMA session (1hour) and 1 is a weight training session (1 hour).
I suggest you schedule your training so that as soon as you are done training and taken a shower you can break your fast. It’s also very important to watch what you eat throughout Ramadaan. People tend to think that because they haven’t eaten all day that at night they can go crazy.
NB:Forget about drinking anything else besides water during the fast, staying hydrated is vital if you want to attempt training.
