This past month, Tristar Gym Head Coach and IMMAF board director Wissam Abi Nader alongside IMMAF consultant Dr. Nadim Nassif dropped a bombshell on the Lebanese MMA community.
During an interview aired on OTV, Mr. Abi Nader talked about how forgery, fictional gyms, and sectarianism led him to take legal action against the newly formed federation in Lebanon.

Following those allegations, Lebanese Mixed Martial Arts Federation general secretary Mr. Hilal Mohammad responds on the federation’s Facebook page:
Wissam Abi Nader’s accusations are totally untrue. Wissam was working solely for his personal benefit and this was proved when he prevented his fighters from participating in Desert Force championship. Until this day, Wissam is still misleading his players with Cinderella stories, and he is in a state of confusion and bankruptcy. Therefore, he cannot twist and distort the facts after his real objectives are exposed.
