It’s that time again, the time where we at ARABSMMA recognize the noble acts of certain individuals all for the sake of the greater good.
Mr. Khalil Nassour, the owner of Lebanese based “Diamonds Forever” (Maarad st, DownTown, Beirut, Lebanon) is a true MMA fan and avid practitioner, but his generosity is what distinguishes him from the rest. He has taken it upon himself to sponsor and support “Team Lebanon” in the upcoming IMMAF- Amateur Mixed Martial Arts World Championship event to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA for the first time ever.
Team Lebanon is the only “Arab” country to be competing in this event and will be represented by hometown heroes:

- Joeshwa Mortada
- Richard Saliba
- Imad Howayek
- Ricardo Bashir
- Mohamad Yakzan
After qualifying and being selected to represent Lebanon , the fighters paid a personal visit to Mr. Nassour’s office while accompanied by the most active members on the LMMA scene: Mr. Ali Hamadi, Mr. Wissam Abi Nader (IMMAF embassador in Lebanon) , Mr. Hassan Jezzineh and our very own Mr. Zahi Ephrem, all of whom will also be travelling with our warriors to Vegas in order to cover this historic event and update us with developments as they are happening, this event is scheduled to take place from June 29th – July 6th 2014.
