The promotion announced today (11/1/2017) bantamweights Philippe Massoud (2-1 MMA) vs. Ali Al Qaisi (3-3 MMA) and lightweights Ahmed Labban (3-0 MMA) vs. Mehdi Ramezani (1-0 MMA).
Phoenix 4 Dubai takes place Dec. 22 at Dubai World Trade Center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The event will be headlined by a welterweight fight featuring Middle Eastern super star Mounir Lazzez vs. Christophe Van Dijck. The full lineup hasn’t been finalized.

He will face Jordanian Ali Al Qaisi who recently fought at Kunlun Fight MMA 14 and suffered a decision loss to Yinna Bao, which sapped a three-fight winning streak. Earlier last year (2016) he scored three consecutive wins at Desert Force showcasing standup and ground skills.
