Another big mixed martial arts fight has just been added to London’s stacked Phoenix 3 MMA Card.
Saulo Cavalari from Brazil will face UK’s Stuart Austin.
Saulo Calavari is a light heavyweight kickboxer representing Thai Brasil. He will be making his MMA debut with Phoenix Fighting Championship at Phoenix 3.
Combat Press and LiverKick.com rank Cavalari as the #2 light-heavyweight in the world. After riding an extensive winning streak, he earned the Glory Light Heavyweight title. The nickname ‘Cassius Clay’ derives from the combination of his fighting style, use of fast hands and his personality.
Stuart Austin
In the opposite corner is Stuart “He-Man” Austin, an MMA veteran who has fought for several notable promotions, including Bellator, Cage Warriors, EuroFC and is a former BAMMA Heavyweight champion. A seasoned cage fighter, Austin holds 14 fights to his name; 11 impressive victories and 10 finishes.
A slightly unusual matchup, the two have a wide difference when it comes to their MMA records. A pedigree kickboxer verses an experienced pro MMA fighter. Never-the-less it will be super exciting fight, and should come as little surprise if Cavalari excels in his mixed martial arts debut.
