Thiago Monstro Ready to Bounce Back After Loss; Faces Carlston Harris at Brave 3 Co-Main Event

Brazilian prospect Thiago “Monstro” Vieira already knows when he will try to bounce back, after suffering his first professional loss in September, 2016. Thiago is set to face Carlston Harris at Brave 3: Battle in Brazil main event, on March 18th, in Curitiba.

Thiago (8-1) has all his wins by the way of knockout or submission. Last September, 011 MMA’s jewel faced his first defeat as a professional in a big upset at Brave 1, being knocked out by the late replacement Gadzhimusa Gaziev.

Born in Guyana but living in Brazil, where he trains at RFT, one of the most traditional Luta Livre’s gyms in Rio de Janeiro, Carlston Harris (10-3) is making his debut under Brave’s banner. Currently, “Moçambique”, as he’s known, is on a 2-win streak.

Brave 3: Battle in Brazil is set to take place in Curitiba, on March 18th. In the main event of the evening, UFC vet Lucas “Mineiro” Martins will square off against his long-time rival Paulo “Bananada” Gonçalvez in a featherweight bout.

Also confirmed for the Brave 3 line-up is recently signed Brazilian Knockout Artist, Luan “Miau” Santiago (10-2) and Brazilian star Júlio César “Morceguinho” Neves (32-1).
