UAE Warriors 47

UAE Warriors 46 will be the day before broadcasting live to fans on January 20. This will be followed by UAE Warriors 47 – Arabia 13 on the 21st. This is set to be a double-header weekend full of MMA action.

In the main event, the Tunisian fighter “Pantera” Wisem Hammami will look to defend the welterweight crown against the dangerous Omran Chaaban, Lebanon. The 26-year-old Tunisian is a knockout machine. An impressive 75% of his wins have come by way of KO/TKO. This includes his most recent win to capture the UAE Warriors Arabia welterweight throne against Badreddine Diani in 2023.

“The Lebanese Gorilla” Chaaban has finished nearly all of his fights by knockout or submission. In this title match, he is looking to extend his win streak and stop the champion. Wisem Hammami vs. Omran Chaaban is set to be an action-packed main event.

Abdulla Al Bousheiri vs. Omar El Dafrawy

The co-main event of this fight card will see Abdulla Al Bousheiri and Omar El Dafrawy face off in the competitive welterweight division. The Kuwaiti machine Al Bousheiri will be looking to add more knockouts to his record. And most recently, he is coming off of an armbar submission win against the top-ranked Adham Mohamed. Al Bousheiri is a former title contender who is looking to work his way back for a shot at the throne. In the other corner, Egypt’s Omar El Dafrawy is looking to extend his three-fight win streak into a potential shot at the welterweight crown.

Jalal Al Daaja and Mehdi Saadi are set for a showdown at 140 lbs. “The Tornado” Al Daaja is a Jordanian fighter who has put together a perfect record in UAE Warriors since suffering his singular loss in the promotion in 2022. France’s Mehdi Saadi is fresh off of his title shot in Ares FC. Despite the loss, it was a five-round war in which he earned valuable cage-time and experience.  Saadi and Al Daaja are expected to create fireworks in the cage live from Abu Dhabi, Mubadala Arena.

Mohamad Osseili

“The Future” Mohamad Osseili is a popular fighter from Lebanon. After putting together a perfect 5-0 record he suffered two consecutive losses to UAE Warriors. Now, he is looking to make a comeback and Egypt’s Abdul Elwahab Saeed is standing in his way. “El Diesel” Elwahab Saeed is a fighter who is always looking for a finish. This will be a key matchup in the light heavyweight division.

On January 21, UAE Warriors 47 will also see Alfredo Muaiad vs. Maysara Mohamed at 56KG, a lightweight meeting between Souhil Tahiri and Mo Elawil, plus Mohamed Mamdooh will look to give Ali Yazbeck his first loss.
