UFC heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum almost had a clash with the man that he dethroned, Cain Velasquez, when both met in Bangkok, Thailand. Fortunately, martial arts veteran and movie star Jean-Claude Van Damme was there to step in and separate the two.
In a scripted confrontation, both men are making cameos in Van Damme’s reboot of the classic “Kickboxer”. The shooting of the scene that put two hot heads face-to-face may have been a bit delicate, but thankfully, it seems all went off without a hitch.
