The WPJJC 2014 brackets are up! The Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu Jitsu Championship 2014 starts today 17 Apr 2014 and ends 19 Apr 2014.
The brackets for the brown belt and black belt divisions were drawn right after the athletes weigh in.
No pre-separation of athletes was be made, which means athletes from the same team can be paired up even in their first match.
The action was taken to prevent close-outs in the finals.
The open drawing took place April 16, at 7:30pm (Abu Dhabi time).
In the black belt open class divisions, Rodolfo Vieira and Marcus Almeida Buchecha in the male competition and Gabi Garcia in the female competition had the right of place in the bracket as champions of the previous years.
