Three titles will be on the line in Desert Force, as heavyweight contender Amin Nachib will vie for the Desert Force vacant 120Kg shield against Kuwait’s Abdulrahman “Tyson” Alenzi in the promotion’s first heavyweight title as part of the event’s main card.

Desert Force officials announced the match-up on Monday. Headlining this event is featherweight champion Aziz Julaidan who will be defending his title against Hamza Kooheji. In the co-main event Osama Al Saeidy will square off with Mostafa Rached for the vacant light heavyweight title.

The fight will take place on March 07, 2016 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It will be aired as part of the Desert Force main card on MBC Action.

What’s unique about this fight is that for the first time in Desert Force and after 20 events, the promotion will crown a Heavyweight champion. What is also remarkable about these two fighters is that both started off with an unsuccessful debut, and then they both went on to win two consecutive fights via submissions. Something not very expected from a boxer and a Karate black belt.

Abdulrahman Alenzi (3-1) A.K.A “Tyson” fought Ibrahim Traore at Desert Force 16 “Lazzez vs Ghorabi” back in March of 2015, in an exciting heavyweight brawl that ended in a third round guillotine. He went on to defeat Ibrahim Al Nagashi in an almost similar fashion, but this time in a standing guillotine at Desert Force 19 that took place in Egypt.

The Tunisian, Amin Nacheb appeared again in Desert Force 14 after a unfortunate loss in his debut, pulling off the first ever heel-hook submission in Desert Force over his heavyweight opponent, Jawad Lhaymar. Nacheb went on to Submit Yousef Abu Shreekh in Desert Force 17 in what was a shock for the local Jordanian crowd.

So let’s sum this up! A Karate black belt with submission skills versus a boxer with 2 back to back submission victories. No one can foresee how this one will end!

  • So Marc Tanios no longer is required for the heavy weight title ?
Again and again desert force shows what a shitty organization it is.
I stop watching this crap long ago, I am just always checking if there is any hope for this organization.
    I seriously doubt it.
Instead of giving title fights for people that deserve it, it seems they fill gaps just to make money , not carring 1 bit about the sport.
That is why we will always be below average at best

  • Respect to Both Fighters Amin Nacheb & Abdulrahman Alenzi. Both are great champions .
but we all know that the real Heavy weight champion is Mark tanios from Tristar gym/Coach Abi Nader.
Desert force is no doubt the shittiest organisation ,
too much referee & Judges mistakes + they match the fights based on their own agenda .
for them this is pure business .they dont care about the athletes .
they started cheating on Tristar gym Lebanon Athletes – we all remember Georges eid’s ,Elie El rayess & silvester saba ‘s fights. and now they are keeping Tristar gym Lebanon Athletes away from the title shots .next thing they will give the bantamweight Title to someone other than Georges Bardawil .

  • What?? Why isn’t Mark Tanios getting his chance at the title. I agree with the above, Desert Force is a joke. No wonder it has the garbage ranking it has

  • Triestar gym and df officials had some problems and that’s why it’s not tanios fighting 4 the title
Although we all agree he deserve it….but his coach abi nader is a fucking stupid man

    • Apparently my friend , for blaming the coach , you must be familiar with what happened , so you re either with desert Force Top crew. can you tell us what happened ?

  • Mark Tanios is the legit contender for the title shot, and yes , unfortently , Georges Bardawil will be excluded from the bantam weight title shot in favor of Nart Abzakh … sad but true

    • His name is nawras not nart

And I believe bardawil vs abzakh could have been a good fight.

But I believe that jalal deaja will win against ahmad makie…and then fight nawras for the title in a great fight

  • For all Mark Tanios tails , Tanios ass was kicked in his last fight against a black fighter I forgot his name

He finished his ass in the 1st round eeeeeeaaaaasy
