Known for being one of the most religiously conservative countries in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, which has finally looked over the religious issues of the arguable violence in mixed martial arts and agreed to host none other than the biggest mixed martial promotion in the Middle East, Desert Force, in December 15.
It’s been said over and over, and it looks like it’s going to be said over again! This Desert Force is HUGE and surely the biggest one yet. Don’t believe us? Here’s a few reasons why this edition of Desert Force is not to be missed:
1- Jarjis Danho Eying Title Shot
“The Mountain Man” came into Desert Force with a professional fight record of 3 wins and no loses. When he was set to fight one of the most dominant heavyweights in Desert Force, Mohamed “Za Hulk” Abdel Kareem, the fight looked promising and could go either way. Danho, however, demolished Abdel Kareem in 2 minutes and 20 seconds of the first round, ending the fight by way of TKO and sending a clear message to anyone who dares join the Desert Force heavyweight roster. Now, Danho is is to face Yousef Abu Shreekh. A win will surely put him in the title picture for the undisputed heavyweight championship against Mark Tanios who is already 2-0 in the Desert Force promotion.
