Abu Dhabi – UAE Warriors 59 ( Africa vs Arabia ) took place Thursday at Space42 Arena in Abu Dhabi, featuring a mix of regional talent and rising names across 13 bouts as part of the fourth Arabia vs. Africa series.
In the main event, Abdul Hussein (14-2) delivered a dominant performance, stopping Sami Yahia (8-3) with knees and punches at 3:44 of the first round. The Finnish-Palestinian bantamweight extended his win streak and made a strong case for a title opportunity in the near future.
The co-main event saw Diego Bandu (6-1) secure a TKO win over Islem Masraf (5-2) at 4:15 of Round 2, using elbows and punches to earn the finish.
Earlier on the card, a scheduled matchup between Ilias Bulaid and Rebin Fazil ended in controversy. The bout was ruled a No Contest just 42 seconds into Round 1 after an illegal strike to the back of the head rendered Fazil unable to continue.
Elsewhere, Omran Chaaban returned to action with a unanimous decision win over Gunther Kalunda, and Fahad Eltahawy rallied for a third-round stoppage of Elie Farah.
The card also featured finishes by Lisa Zimmo, Ahmed Mando, Ananias Mulumba, and Abdullah Boushehri, who all secured first-round victories via submission.
