Previously featured Algerian MMA fighter Elias Boudegzdame will be facing Benjamin Baudrier in an Pancrase tournament Gods Of The Arena (GOTA)3 which will take place on the 22nd of February at Aubenas, Ardeche.
Pancrase tournaments are held in France and other countries where full contact MMA is banned or illegal. Similar rules yet more restrictions take part of such events, as the fight goes to the ground, only submissions are allowed. elbows are strictly illegal wherever the fight goes.
The 19 year old Boudegzdame will enter this competition with a 5-1-0 record, finishing all five of his previous opponents by way of submission. Boudegzdame currently lives in France and trains with determination at Team La Bonne Ecole, Montpelier. His development is remarkable in every department as he is well taken care of by his head coach and brother Amine Boudegzdame, Bonne Ecole head coach.
As per Alex of francefight.fr, a victory over Baudrier at GOTA 3 will promote Elias to the finals to face the winner of Freddy Debessel vs Mora Camino. This will be a very hard fight for Boudegzdame as he faces the tough and skilled Baudrier. Baudier (6-2-0) on the other hand will be looking to bounce back after a decision loss at M1 Global last June.
Also Boudegzdame’s Team mate Moroccan Houssine Ben Bouazza will face Sofian boucherif on GOTA 3 on the same card.
Another familiar name is Sofiane Benchohra who took the absolutely insane flying armbar from Olivier Fontaine, which is nominated worldwide for the greatest submission of the year for 2013.
