Ali Alqaisi Returns To Defend His Title At UAE Warriors 30

UAE Warriors 30 on July 2 will be headlined by a featherweight title fight featuring champion Ali Alqaisi (12-5) from Jordan against Canada’s Jesse Arnett (19-8).

A former UFC contender and a highly regarded MMA athlete in the Middle East, Alqaisi has won four straight fights since departing from UFC back in 2020. The Jordanian fighter has captured three featherweight titles along the way: the UAE Warriors belt after dethroning Do Gyeoum Lee, the Titan FC belt, and most recently the UAE Warriors Arabia belt when he defeated Ahmed Faress at UAE Warriors Arabia 7 on March 27.

Arnett brings a ton of experience and submission skills into this title fight against Ali Al Qaisi. Snapping a two-fight losing skid with a unanimous decision win over the previously undefeated and highly touted Gadzhimurad Gasanguseynov (11-1) at UAE Warriors 28 in March, earned him this match despite the minor set-backs he had in his previous matches against high caliber fighters.

UAE Warriors has two upcoming events, with the next one to be held in Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. To date, UAE Warriors has held 34 events and presided over approximately 361 matches.
