Ali Qaisi made a strong statement that he could be the first to fight the newly crowned Desert Force bantamweight champion Nawras Abzakh with a first round submission victory over Abdulqader Souwane.
The Jordanian faced Abdulqader Souwane on the action-packed Desert Force 24 undercard and put on a grappling clinic as he submitted his way to victory.
After the fight, Qaisi called for a shot at the 61Kg title, posting on his Instagram account:
“Thank God I won my last fight. Now it’s time to get the title, and I am confident that the fight on the title will be different from any fight I’ve done before. I’m ready to go for it.”
Thank God I won my last fight and now its time to get the title , and I am confident that the fight on the title will be different from any fight I've done before and i will wait for the next combat, but no need for waiting because im ready to go for it @zaidmirza_9 @teeto16 @momirzadf @z.y.abusoud #jordan #amman #abudhabi #fighter #mma #boxing #wrestling #jiujitsu #kungfu #k1 #muaythai #bjj #happy #workout #hardwork #guillotinechoke
Alqaisi surely deserves something after shutting down his last 2 opponents. I title shot against Nawras, who had submitted his teammate at Desert Force 24 could very well be hyped as a revenge match between both teams. Could Desert Force grant Ali Qaisi a shot at the title after his remarkable performance?
