Brave Combat Federation announces ambitious 2017 schedule with at least 9 events to be hosted in the Middle East!
The future looks bright for MMA in the Middle East, and this morning, rising promotion Brave Combat Federation, has announced a blockbuster 2017 schedule. With Bahrain’s Brave CF recently closing out its 2016 schedule, the promotion has already announced its plans for 2017, and 9 Middle-Eastern events are on the books.
Brave CEO Mohammad Shahid called 2016 a “phenomenal” debut year for the promotion, but it seems his plans for the upcoming year are even more aggressive. This past year, Brave delivered world-class martial arts action to the iconic Bahraini capital, and streamed the events live on bravefights.com in addition to major sports TV networks throughout Asia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Their growth and success looks set to continue and flourish in 2017 as big things are promised to come.
“It was absolutely historic for the promotion and 2017 promises to be even better.”
Major countries in the region are already in talks to host an edition, which, of course, will include more stops in Bahrain, where the previous two cards took place and where the company’s HQ is located.
In addition, Brave is set to go to United Arabs Emirates in mid-march, although it’s not clear yet if the promotion will arrive in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
That’s not all! As revealed last week on ArabsMMA.com, the year gets underway with Brave breaking new ground in Brazil on the 25th of February! After that, Brave Combat Federation, dubbed as the region’s finest mixed martial arts promotion, will tour the middle East with 9 shows or more spread throughout the year.
