Riyadh – For many Arab fight fans, Chaibedra Vs Aziz should have been on the main card of Desert Force 16. Why? Because Chaibadra likes to submit, ending fights with style!
It only took one glitch for the promotional new comer Chabane Chaibeddra (10-4 MMA, 1-0 Desert Force) to capitalize on. Aziz (7-3 MMA, 2-1 Desert Force ) exposed his neck with a listless takedown attempt, and it wasn’t long before he was sucking for air.
The featherweight bout was part of the Prelims card of Desert Force 16 in Riyadh, KSA. It will air on MBC Action.
The fight’s end came at the opening minute of the first round, when Aziz tapped furiously to a baseball choke, which he modified from a front naked choke that forced him to the mat as Chaibeddra squeezed.
It was the fastest submission of the night. Chaibeddra’s win snapped Aziz’s five-fight win streak, and will in turn delay his chances of fighting for the title. Chaibeddra in turn improves his record to 10-4, adding another submission win and riding a 3 fight win streak.
What a way to debut in the ever evolving Desert Force featherweight division.
