Saudi Arabia – Faced with the challenge of outdoing its previous adrenaline-charged season of Al Academiya, Desert Force today confirmed that the next season of its running reality series will feature current middleweight champ Ibrahim El Sawy and previous light heavyweight champ Mohammad Karaki as coaches.
Sawy and Karaki will coach a cast of up-and-coming welterweight (77Kg) and middleweight (84Kg) fighters in their quest to win the title of Desert Force Al Academiya in addition to a contract with the promotion.
For the first time, the show will be filmed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The shooting will take place in Jeddah at Arena MMA & Fitness Center, the largest MMA & Fitness centre in the Middle East.
Al Academiya Season 3 is scheduled to air on MBC Action after Eid.
