Here’s the latest news on Brave 9! Hamza Kooheji will be facing Mohammed Farhad from India at a Bantamweight matchup at Brave 9: “The Kingdom of Champions” to be hosted by Bahrain on 17 November at Khalifa Sports City. The fight was announced today by officials and will be featured in the most prominent card ever in Asia that will be hosted in Bahrain under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
Both fighters are undefeated in Brave Combat Federation. Kooheji will be aiming for his third straight victory at home which will bring him close to his championship dream. Meanwhile Mohammed Farhad is one of the most successful fighters in India having a streak of 6 victories. Farhad has also starred in a Bollywood film due to his successful MMA career and owns the fastest knockout in Brave history, when he floored Irfan Khan at Brave 5 in just 40 seconds.
Brave 9: The Kingdom of Champions will be the first event held in Bahrain this year. During 2017, Brave Combat Federation expanded its operations, holding groundbreaking events in Brazil (twice), Mexico, Kazakhstan, India and the United Arab Emirates. Brave 9 will be the culmination of the International Combat Week, alongside the IMMAF World Championships under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
