Jarrah confirms fight against Hadbi in Indonesia

Jarrah Al Selawe confirmed that he has signed the contract to face Tahar Hadbi in Jakarta, Indonesia at Brave 12 scheduled for May 11, 2018. Brave Combat Federation had announced that the promotion will host its first event in Jakarta, Indonesia in the month of May. Clearing all rumours, Jarrah who is a part of Kingdom Fighters from Jordan will face Tahar Hadbi. However more details regarding the fight had not been revealed. Jarrah Al Selawe had not denied the possibility of an interim championship introduced in Indonesia. Previously Jarrah had faced David Bear who is the teammate of Hadbi at Brave 9: The Kingdom Rises hosted in Amman, Jordan.

Initially Carlston Harris was scheduled to defend the welterweight championship against Al Selawe in Amman, Jordan. Harris was forced to withdraw from the bout due to an injury which brought in David Bear as a replacement. The bout was noted for the all round action showcasing solid striking game from both fighters alongside impressive ground game. The bout ended with four seconds to spare when David Bear was submitted in a triangle choke by Al Selawe. This time Hadbi at the corner of David Bear witnessing the Kingdom Fighters securing a win over his teammate at ObyFight.

Jarrah Al Selawe has the most number of wins in the welterweight division at Brave Combat Federation with all four of his fights won against Erik Carlsson, Daniele Scatizzi, Carl Booth and David Bear. Currently, Al Selawe is undefeated for six fights in a row and has been a vital presence at the welterweight division of the promotion representing Kingdom Fighters from Jordan.
