With a base in Wushu, Pacatiw has showcased powerful striking skills throughout his career stopping Thiago Dela Coleta and Felipe Efrain in impressive fashion. However, his wrestling skills and submission skills were put into use strategically against Chaitanya Gavali, Keith Lee, Uloomi Karim, and Mark Alcoba.

The MMA fans across the Philippines are eagerly awaiting the return of Pacatiw after his dominant knockout win against Efrain from Brazil. This was pushed back due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. But Pacatiw took the adversity head-on. He along with his girlfriend, Marjorie Ay-yawan, started an online business of making and selling cakes and confectioneries.
The rising star is focused on his MMA career as he has the option to get enlisted a cop as his livelihood presents uncertainties during this difficult time. He also plans to continue his business for as long as possible.
It is highly expected that Pacatiw will make his return to BRAVE Combat Federation soon. However, no fights are revealed for the time being. The latest signings made by the BRAVE Combat Federation also makes the division one to watch out for in global MMA. Apart from potential matchups with newly signed athletes, Pacatiw is ideal for high profile rematches against the top athletes he had conceded losses against including Hamza Kooheji, Jalal Al Daaja, and Kaan Ofli.
BRAVE Combat Federation which had committed on the highest levels to support the growth of MMA in the Philippines after BRAVE 22 hosted in the Philippines is yet to officially addressed future plans for the region as well as for the fighters. Fighters from the region were active in the Middle East forging strong relations and supporting Arab fighters in recent years. This itself will make it a priority for the organization found by His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa to move the Philippines to the top of the priority list alongside progressive steps to nurture promising careers of athletes like Pacatiw.
