The Egyptian light-heavyweight Mohamed Ali (8-5), known for his hard-hitting brawls earned the first submission win of his career with a brute force guillotine choke over Prince Aounallah (6-3).
With Aounallah pressing in against the cage early in the fight, Ali reacted with a combo, latched in the hold and jumped to guard, squeezing the neck until he got the finish, even with his opponent’s arm in the move. The total process took 65 seconds.
