Nader Tannir, a name familiar to MMA fans in the Middle East, will be fighting his 2nd bout at the House of Blues Warfare Fighting Championship 10 on the 6th of September.
The Lebanese fighter, who had trained with the team at Shogun on a number of occasions during visits to his hometown, will be taking on Treshawn Gore in a fight that promises fireworks!
Fighting out of East Coast Fighter in North Carolina, Nader will be looking to use his fierce stand up game to dismantle his opponent:
Having been schooled in Shotokan, Kusikian, Taekwondo and kickboxing, I have also been working on developing my grappling and Jiu Jitsu skills with BJJ black belt Lloyd Irvin and a host of UFC fighters who call Lloyd’s gym their home. I have also sharpened my striking game under the tutelage of the teams at Athletes Arena, Unit 2 Fitness, East Coast Fighters and of course my coaches Paulo Mushu and kru James Armlin. I would like to thank my sponsors Warrior Mentality, Hendricks Motors, and Too Tuff Fightwear
His opponent has a 1-0-0 amateur record and most recently beat Eric Belcher via guillotine choke in the 3rd round at Warfare MMA 8. Tannir himself didn’t want to reveal too much when asked what his game plan would be, however he did let us know that he is going into the cage feeling quite confident.
Bring back the W Nader!!!
