Moroccan superstar, Ottman Azaitar hinted that he will soon be returning to compete in the UFC. Ottman Azaitar (12-0-0) started his memorable debut at the UFC in Abu Dhabi at UFC 242. Azaitar claimed the Performance of the Night Bonus with this one-punch KO of Teemu Packalen thrilling the Arab fans in attendance.

With the victory, Azaitar stands with a professional record of 12-0. The win was his fourth in a row by KO. Azaitar has hinted on his Instagram handle that he will soon return to the UFC octagon.

He joined brother Abu Azaitar on the UFC roster, who also had a successful UFC debut in October 2018, defeating Vitor Miranda via unanimous decision. The dominance of the Azaitar brothers has contributed to the ever-growing popularity of the sport in Morocco. With no matter of doubt, the Azaitar brothers could bring the UFC octagon to their home country.

According to the reports, UFC 251 generated almost $78 million in television revenue. The much-awaited return of the Moroccan Super Hero – Ottman Azaitar will be a huge draw for the UFC and will be a much-awaited treat for the fans of the sport.

Dana White has confirmed plans for another Fight Island in Abu Dhabi. The return to Abu Dhabi is expected for October. The UFC signed a five-year agreement with the emirate in April 2019, with Fight Island later added as an “extension” of that arrangement.
