Qadya 3 Features Two Title Fights and a UFC Veteran

Qadya 3 will put two world championship titles on the line, Qadya Sports Events recently announces on their Instagram account. No date has been set yet. An MMA veteran with UFC experience will be seeking to capture the welterweight throne while the vacant lightweight title will find a home.

The main event will see Egypt’s Mohamed Salem look to defend his welterweight title against dangerous “The Kill” Will Chope, of the USA. Will Chope is an experienced fighter with an overall MMA record of 40-19-0, not including his experience in bare-knuckle boxing. Chope has one loss in the UFC to former featherweight king Max Holloway.

America’s Will Chope is confident ahead of the match and said on Instagram, “Another strap that will be added to the collection.”

Mohamed Salem earned the vacant welterweight at Qadya MMA 2 when he defeated Brazil’s Pedro Farias over the course of five rounds. The 22-year-old Egyptian fighter trains under the tutelage of Arab MMA veteran Ahmed Faress.

On what the world title means to him, on Instagram, Salem explained, “Throwing myself into the unknown is what makes me feel alive, moments like this is what makes me feel alive.”

Also featured on Qadya MMA 3 will be the vacant lightweight title. Egypt’s Ahmed El Sisy will face Riyadh Hamza Bachay of Iraq. El Sisy is unbeaten in Qadya and looking to accomplish his dreams of capturing a world title at Qadya 3. He said, “Qadya’s Lightweight Title. Stay tuned for more details [Qadya MMA] it’s happening.”

Hamza Bachay will be making his debut in Qadya. He said he is coming to the organization only for gold. On Instagram, he explained, “I come to win.”
