Team Nogueira Dubai hosted a two day MMA and Jiu Jitsu seminar with UFC Fighter and ADCC Champion Ronaldo “Jacaré” Souza on the 15-16 of November.
Ronaldo Souza dos Santos, nicknamed Jacaré, is a Brazilian mixed martial artist, submission grappler and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner currently competing in the UFC’s Middleweight division. Souza is the former Strikeforce Middleweight Champion and also holds the distinction of submitting Marcelo Garcia (a man considered by many to be one of the greatest pound-for-pound grapplers of all time) in submission grappling competition. The five-time World Jiu-Jitsu champion is known for his impeccable ground game, with 14 of his 19 career victories coming by tap out!
Since its official launching less than 2 months ago, Team Nogueira has been constantly attracting top-ranked fighters in the sport to share their expertise with the local community.
