The Kingdom of Bahrain has kickstarted the next wave of investments impacting the emerging combat sports scene in the Middle East. In the latest ventures to be announced is the the first edition of Royal Rumble charity boxing gala held between the Royal Guards and the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers on February 4th, 2022.
The Charity Boxing Dinner will be held under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the General Sports Authority, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee.
The boxing charity gala event is organized by KHK Boxing and is sanctioned by the Bahrain Boxing Federation. The fight night will be held at the Bahrain Rugby Football Club on February 4, 2022.
The Royal Rumble Charity Boxing Dinner powered by Gulf Air, the national flag carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain and will see boxing bouts between the Bahrain Royal Guard and the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers of the United Kingdom.
The Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom have a long history of cooperation in multiple areas and this next chapter with the Royal Rumble shows that the ties extend even further.
