A fight between Desert Force-debuting heavyweight Mark Tanios and Mohammad Abdulkareem has been added to Desert Force on MBC Action, Desert Force President Mo. Mirza announced on Wednesday night. The 265-pound clash adds weight to the growing fight card, which takes place on March 7 in Manama, Bahrain.
Tanios (3-0) comes into the organization with 3 professional wins in his career. His latest win took place in May at Cage Fighters Kuwait defeating Nader Alaeyneya in what was a dominant decision win that earned him the belt. He currently fights out of Tristar Gym Lebanon under Wissam Abi Nader, let’s wait n see how this will turn out!
Abdulkareem is (7-3) in his young career, with six of his seven wins coming before the final bell. Fighting out of Egyptian Top Team , Abdul Kareem picked up his latest win at Desert Force Finale submitting Amin Nacheb in what was his Desert Force promotional Debut.
The unannounced Desert Force fight card taking place in Manama, Bahrain will also feature a title fight between AbdulKareem Al Selwady and Aziz Julaidan in what will be the Champs first title defense.
